- Content you submit through the service, including receipt data, saved templates, uploaded logos or images, support requests, and API payloads where applicable.
How Receipt Data Is Handled
Receipt-related content is handled differently depending on which features you use.
- If you use the basic builder without signing in, draft receipt data may be stored locally in your browser using local storage so you can restore your work in progress.
- If you save a template while signed in, the template data is stored with your account so you can load it again later.
- If you upload logos or other images, those files may be stored on our infrastructure so they can be rendered, previewed, and delivered back to you.
- If you use the API or hosted receipt workflows, generated receipt images and related usage records may be stored server-side for the retention period associated with your plan.
