Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using EasyReceiptMaker, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
EasyReceiptMaker is an online tool for creating, customizing, rendering, and exporting receipt-style documents, templates, and related assets. We may add, remove, or modify features at any time.
Permitted Uses
EasyReceiptMaker is intended for legitimate uses, including:
  • Personal record-keeping and organization.
  • Replacing a lost or damaged receipt for a transaction that actually occurred.
  • Creative work such as props, design mockups, demos, prototypes, and educational materials.
  • Creating receipts for goods or services you actually provided.
  • Testing integrations, layouts, automation flows, and export pipelines.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use EasyReceiptMaker for fraud, deception, or unlawful activity. Prohibited uses include:
  • Creating receipts for fraudulent refunds, returns, chargebacks, warranty claims, or reimbursements.
  • Submitting false receipts for taxes, accounting, insurance, lending, compliance, or employment purposes.
  • Misrepresenting a transaction that did not occur or materially altering transaction details to mislead others.
  • Using the service to impersonate a business, forge supporting documents, or facilitate any financial fraud.
  • Violating intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other legal rights.
  • Using the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for the content you create, upload, export, share, or rely on through EasyReceiptMaker. You must ensure your use is lawful, accurate where accuracy matters, and appropriate for the context in which the receipt is used.
  • You are responsible for reviewing all receipt details before download, export, sharing, or submission.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any consent, authorization, or rights needed for the names, logos, images, and business details you use.
  • We are not responsible for how third parties interpret or rely on content you generate with the service.
User Content, Uploads, and Storage
You retain responsibility for content you create or upload. We do not claim ownership of your receipt content, but you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service.
  • Receipt drafts may be stored locally on your device to restore work in progress.
  • Uploaded logos and images may be stored on our infrastructure so they can be rendered, previewed, and delivered back to you.
  • Receipt content may be processed and stored to power the builder, exports, support, abuse prevention, and optional example or gallery experiences.
  • We may remove content that violates these terms or creates legal, security, or operational risk.
Third-Party Rights
Some template logos or brand references may be entered by users through uploads. EasyReceiptMaker is not affiliated with third-party brands unless explicitly stated.
  • All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.
  • You may only use brand assets you own or are authorized to use.
  • If you believe content on EasyReceiptMaker infringes your rights, contact us and we will review the report.
Accounts and Access
Some features require an account. Authentication and account access may rely on third-party infrastructure such as Supabase.
  • You are responsible for keeping access to your email account and login credentials secure.
  • You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits or undermines service security.
  • We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we detect abuse, fraud, or material violations of these terms.
Paid Plans, Billing, and Refunds
Some features are free and others require payment. Paid plans may renew automatically until canceled. Billing and subscription management may be provided through Polar or other payment partners we designate.
  • By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges, taxes, and recurring renewals associated with that plan.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal made available in your account flow. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at checkout, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where we choose to provide a refund in our discretion.
  • If you believe you were billed in error, contact us promptly and include the email used at checkout.
Availability and Service Changes
We aim to keep EasyReceiptMaker available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent feature availability, or compatibility with every browser, device, or workflow.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time.
  • We may impose usage limits, storage limits, export limits, or anti-abuse protections to protect the platform.
  • We may investigate suspicious activity and take steps needed to protect users, partners, and the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you violated these terms, created legal exposure, or put the service or others at risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Disclaimers
EasyReceiptMaker is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or error-free.
  • We do not guarantee that generated documents will be accepted by any third party for any purpose.
  • Nothing in the service constitutes legal, tax, accounting, insurance, or compliance advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasyReceiptMaker and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
  • This includes lost profits, lost data, loss of business opportunity, reputational harm, and third-party claims.
  • If liability cannot be excluded entirely, our aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Privacy
Your use of EasyReceiptMaker is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and disclose information.
