Welcome to EasyReceiptMaker. These terms explain your rights and responsibilities when using the Service. They apply to all visitors, including paid subscribers, and are enforced from our headquarters in Tallinn, Estonia.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing EasyReceiptMaker (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the accompanying Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any clause, please stop using the Service immediately.

Purpose of the Service

EasyReceiptMaker is an online tool for recreating receipts for bookkeeping, compliance, or design mockups. It is not intended for fraudulent refunds, false reimbursement claims, or misrepresentation of transactions.

Do not upload or generate content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
Never submit receipts generated here as evidence for unlawful or deceptive activity.
We reserve the right to suspend or disable accounts engaged in misuse.

User-Generated Content

You control the copy, logos, and brand assets uploaded to the builder. EasyReceiptMaker does not claim ownership of your generated receipts.

Ensure you have the right to use any trademarks, logos, or corporate names you upload.
Receipts made available in the public example gallery are detached from user identities.
Notify us if you believe any shared receipt violates your rights, and we will investigate promptly.

Storage & Availability

Receipts may be stored temporarily to enable editing, exports, or optional templates. They can be removed at any time by contacting support.

Payment & Refunds

Core tools are free. Premium features or export credits are billed through Stripe/PayPal with prices displayed before checkout.

All sales are final unless required by EU consumer law.
Report billing issues within 14 days so we can assist quickly.

Termination

We may suspend access without notice if you breach these terms, attempt to compromise platform security, or engage in prohibited uses. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

EasyReceiptMaker is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that generated receipts will be accepted by third parties or that the tool will be error-free.

, its directors, and contractors are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Service.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue use.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes will be resolved in Estonian courts, unless mandatory local consumer protections apply.
