User-Generated Content
All receipts — including logos, business names, and other details — are created and customized by users.
  • Make sure you have the right to use any trademarks, logos, or names you upload.
  • EasyReceiptMaker does not claim ownership over user-generated content.
  • Let us know if you believe any shared receipt violates your rights and we'll look into it.
Third-Party Brand Assets
Template logos displayed in EasyReceiptMaker are sourced from Brandfetch, a public brand asset registry, for use in mockups and creative projects.
  • EasyReceiptMaker is not affiliated with any third-party brands.
  • All brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
  • You can also upload your own logos instead of using the suggested ones.
Storage of Generated Receipts
Receipts you generate may be stored and used as examples for other users. We do not associate stored receipts with personal data. Contact us if you'd like a receipt removed.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses of EasyReceiptMaker are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement:
  • Submitting generated receipts as proof of purchase for refunds, returns, or warranty claims.
  • Using generated receipts to file false expense reports, reimbursement claims, or tax deductions.
  • Submitting generated receipts to insurance companies as part of any claim.
  • Using generated receipts to deceive any person, business, or government entity.

  • Any other use that violates applicable local, state, national, or international law.
Your Responsibility

Payment & Refunds
Some features are free, others require a premium subscription or one-time payment.
  • All sales are final unless required by EU consumer law.
  • Report billing issues within 14 days so we can help.
Termination
